Analysis

We use ANSYS Mechanical Enterprise as our primary analysis tool and are able to provide detailed analysis of the following loading conditions. Analyses are linkable for simultaneous multi-physics modeling.

Static Structural

Linear elastic response to pressures and forces. Stepwise analysis available. Deflections and stresses displayed on color shaded deformed solid model.

Thermal

Transient and static radiation, conduction, and convection. Material properties based on local temperatures.

Dynamic

Explicit dynamics, rigid body, eigenvalue buckling, and transient structural analysis

Non-Linear Applicaiton

Large deflection, hyper-elastics, visco-elastics, creep, rate dependent / independent plasticity, complex composites

Vibrations

Modal analysis to determine resonant frequencies. Response to transient impulse and harmonic forcing functions. Random vibrations and power spectral density curve inputs and responses.

Optimization services include tools within ANSYS as well as live engineering design guidance
